In 2015, I acted on a long-standing dream to focus my diverse HR expertise into a consultancy for businesses, non-profits, and public agencies.

My experience was built over 25 years with three great organizations that represented each of those sectors. That breadth of experience has developed into a multi-sector proficiency that is particularly relevant to my clients.

The people I work with want to know how similar organizations operate. They want to compare options and ideas and build solid strategies and solutions that meet their unique needs. And they want a partner who will work with them to make outstanding results happen.

Meeting great people, working with them on a wide variety of projects, and building lasting relationships and solutions is why I do this work.

I created Portland HR Solutions to fulfill that dream, and I continue to have the most incredible opportunities to work, share, and develop with people across Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.
